BG Enterprises is a software development studio. We build, ship, and operate our own software products: full-stack, end-to-end, with a bias for shipping over strategizing.

Our current focus is building agentic systems for small and mid-sized businesses in the United States. Most of our time goes into shipping and serving the customers who rely on them. The work is hands-on: close to the code, the customers, and the problems worth solving.

We run a boutique AI consulting practice for a small number of select clients. The goal is simple: help teams navigate the changing world order that generative AI has created, without getting lost in the hype or the jargon.

Our expertise is in AI workflows. Specifically, the practical, production-grade systems that turn AI from a demo into a business: LLM integration, agent architecture, workflow automation, and fractional AI engineering leadership. The kind of work that only makes sense when the person doing it is still building these same systems every day in their own products.

That’s the entire point of keeping the practice limited. Clients get the senior operator who’s in the code, not a deck.
